By creating an account and using RewardWatch, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 13 years old to use RewardWatch. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.
RewardWatch is currently available to users in the United States only. Use of the service from outside the United States may result in account termination.
You may only create and maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different email addresses, names, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently banned and all points and balances being forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with anyone else or allow others to access it.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
You may only use RewardWatch on one browser session or device at a time. Running multiple simultaneous sessions — whether across different devices, browsers, or tabs — is prohibited. Violations of this rule will be treated as an attempt to fraudulently inflate earnings and will result in points forfeiture and account suspension.
The use of VPNs, proxies, Tor, or any other tools that mask, alter, or reroute your IP address while using RewardWatch is strictly prohibited. This includes both free and paid VPN services.
This rule exists to protect the integrity of our rewards system and to comply with our advertising partners' requirements. Accounts detected using a VPN or proxy will have their points forfeited and will be permanently banned without warning.
Points have no cash value and are not your property. They are a virtual credit issued by RewardWatch at our discretion and may be adjusted, forfeited, or cancelled at any time.
Points may be redeemed for rewards subject to the minimum redemption thresholds listed on the Cashout page. RewardWatch reserves the right to change reward values, available reward types, and minimum redemption thresholds at any time.
Reward redemptions are final. We are not responsible for errors in the recipient email or account information you provide at the time of redemption.
We reserve the right to delay or deny any redemption request that we believe may be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
Important: Violations of these Terms will result in points forfeiture followed by a permanent account ban. All points, balances, and pending redemptions will be forfeited at the time of enforcement. These actions are final and non-reversible.

We reserve the right to ban any account at our sole discretion if we determine that it is being used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of these Terms, even if a specific rule is not listed above.
The referral program is intended for genuine personal referrals only. Mass distribution of referral codes through spam, paid advertising, or automated means is prohibited and will result in referral bonuses being voided and the referring account being banned.
Referring yourself through alternate accounts, or coordinating with others to create fake referrals, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent bans for all involved accounts.
All content, branding, and software on RewardWatch is the property of RewardWatch or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without our written permission.
Videos available on RewardWatch may be licensed under Creative Commons or other open licenses. Attribution information for licensed content is displayed alongside the relevant video.
RewardWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that the service will be error-free, or that any particular amount of advertising will be available at any given time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewardWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of points or rewards due to technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of RewardWatch at any time, including the points system, reward options, and earning rates. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of RewardWatch after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RewardWatch shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.
